Individual coaching begins with 2 to 3 hr long self-discovery session (can be done in-person for local clients). Coaching relationship continues with individual sessions done by phone 1 to 4 times a month. The sessions can last from 30 min. to one hour. A client calls a coach at a pre-set time and determines the topic/area of focus for each session. The role of the coach is to create a safe place for clients to explore and create their lives with awareness. The coach will reinforce positive focus, keep client on track, acknowledge and celebrate client´s achievements. The coaching relationship is a process and can go on for weeks and sometimes months depending on the goals of each individual. With that in mind I request a 3 months commitment from my clients to reassure that each client has adequate support while exercising their new skills and building confidence.

Current fee:
$250.00 for initial Self-Discovery session
$280.00 per month 2 hrs of coaching and email support
$140.00 per month 1 hr of coaching and email support
Teleclass is a wonderful opportunity to develop new skills, raise awareness and start moving toward accomplishing your goals. The class is facilitated over the phone using a bridge line. Each session consists of eight 1.5 hr long classes with 4 to 6 participants. The cost for each session is $160.00
