Welcome to Winds of Change Life Coaching!

Vlada KleymanI am a Life Coach in private practice since May, 2003. I have background in Mental Health with 9 years of experience supporting people in a psychotherapy setting. Native to Moldova, Eastern Europe, I immigrated to the United States 14 years ago. My life journey had been very eventful. I received many lessons and gifts along the way. I´ve learned throughout the years that I am most powerful in creating my life when my spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical aspects of being are in alignment. Life provided me with many opportunities to understand that what I focus on expands. I had my struggles in understanding and applying my gifts and talents to help me transition from “knowing” what I needed to do to actually doing it. I have experienced fears and doubts about “letting go” and ability to “receive” what I wanted. My journey took me through peaks and valleys and I´ve learned to embrace them all.

Becoming a life coach was a natural choice for me. My educational and professional background equipped me well with deep knowledge and understanding of human behavior and cognition. My spiritual journey revealed to me the magnificence of human nature and spirit. The field of coaching allowed me to incorporate the richness of my professional skills and personal beliefs in supporting my clients from a place of total understanding and acceptance, with no judgment, comparison or evaluation.

As a coach I am passionate, authentic and creative. I coach people from different walks of life who dare to have dreams and goals, and want to see them manifest in life. My coaching expertise lies in spirituality based coaching promoting balanced way of living, Self-care and Self-acceptance.
